Social Innovation Platform: DO! NUTS TOKYO

DO! NUTS TOKYO, initiated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Sustainable Lifestyle TOKYO Executive Committee, is a social innovation platform to achieve virtually zero CO2 emissions by 2050. It fosters creative solutions for a sustainable, comfortable society and is open to citizens, corporations, and organizations.

 

The Ask
Develop a robust brand presence for DO! NUTS TOKYO, creating an engaging and sustainable platform that aligns with Value Frontier's environmental goals.

 

The Impact
Since its launch, the DO! NUTS TOKYO platform has strengthened, marking significant progress. We have successfully added a third group to our youth ambassador program, which actively impacts Japanese businesses through innovative proposals.

Additionally, the project has been recognized in the 2021 AMERICAN GRAPHIC DESIGN AWARDS WINNERS, underscoring the creative excellence it brings to our initiatives.

Research and Strategy

I conducted research involving various stakeholders to understand their perspectives and identify pain points. Based on this, I facilitated brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions and defined a future vision for a sustainable society. I developed a comprehensive strategy for the new venture using these insights, including naming and brand strategies. Additionally, I focused on creating a meaningful experience by mapping user journeys and designing interactive workshops.
