Overview概要

Three skills for products that read human movement — settling artwork-or-tool first, then answering in lumens and milliseconds.人の動きを読み取るプロダクト向けの 3 つのスキル。作品か道具かを先に見極め、照度やミリ秒の単位で答える。

My part担当

  • Built a 'director' skill (embodied-product-director) that diagnoses whether the work is an experience or a skill-improvement tool before routing to a specialist skill
  • Compiled concrete technical thresholds — lumens for projection, feedback latency, camera angles — into roughly 96,000 characters of reference knowledge, loaded only as needed
  • Designed the skills to output design decisions — what to build, rough equipment needs, what to validate first — rather than code

Decide what you're making, before you argue about the tech.

interactive-experience-skills is three Claude Code skills for products that read human movement with a camera or a sensor. A director skill settles the one question that decides everything — is this something people experience, or a tool that makes people better? — and only then hands the work to the right specialist. The most common failure in this field is arguing about TouchDesigner versus Unreal before that question has an answer.

Answers in lumens and milliseconds, not in "immersive".

5,000–8,000 lumens to project three metres wide in a dark room. Feedback on a body movement has to return within 100 ms or it stops feeling like your own movement. A front-facing camera cannot measure how deep a step is, so you need a side view. About 96,000 characters of this, loaded only when the current question needs it. The skills don't write code — what comes back is a design decision: what to build, roughly what equipment and how much of it, what to validate first, and what not to build yet. They are written in Japanese; Claude reads and applies them in any language, so you can work entirely in English.

The three skills

Decide
embodied-product-director
The entrance when you have cameras, or an idea, but no direction. Diagnoses the stage, names the real customer, and picks the specialist.
Experience
interactive-experience-collective
Installations, projection mapping, stage visuals, experience apps — down to throughput and break-even for a paid venue.
Learning
movement-learning-system-designer
Form evaluation, feedback design, practice design, and tools that support an instructor — martial arts, dance, sport, yoga.

Why it matters

The expensive mistake is not choosing.
