A room full of people should be able to draw on one screen, but the usual setups fail. Pass a tablet around and everyone else waits; put everyone on a shared whiteboard and the wall fills with half-finished lines. And anything that starts with “install this app” loses most of the room before the first stroke.会場の全員で 1 枚の画面に描きたい。けれど、タブレットを回せば他の人は待つだけ。全員を共有ホワイトボードに乗せれば、描きかけの線が壁を埋めていく。しかも「まずアプリを入れて」と言った時点で、会場の大半は離れてしまう。
Solution解決
The phone and the wall do different jobs. Each person draws privately on their own phone, and only a finished drawing is thrown to the wall, where it becomes everyone’s. Joining is a QR scan or a short typed address through Snap Pair — no account, no download — and Firebase Realtime Database carries the drawings.スマホと壁に別の役割を持たせた。描くのは各自のスマホの中で、壁に送るのは描き終えた絵だけ。壁に出た瞬間、その絵はみんなのものになる。参加は Snap Pair の QR を読むか、短いアドレスを打つだけで、アカウントもダウンロードも要らない。絵の同期は Firebase Realtime Database が担う。

Two screens, two jobs 二つの画面に、別々の仕事
Neither screen is a copy of the other. The phone is a small private canvas — a palette, three brush sizes, Throw and Clear — and nothing on it reaches the wall until you throw. The wall is output only: every thrown drawing lands there glowing, and the room code stays in the corner so anyone can join at any point. どちらの画面も、もう一方の写しではない。スマホは自分だけの小さなキャンバスで、あるのは色のパレットと 3 段階の筆の太さ、「投げる」と「消す」だけ。投げるまで、何も壁には届かない。壁は出力に徹していて、投げ込まれた絵が光りながら着地する。隅にはルームコードが出たままなので、途中からでも誰でも加われる。
Send the drawing, not every point 送るのは描き終えた絵だけ
A drawing travels to the wall when it is finished, not frame by frame while the finger is still moving. With a whole room drawing at once, streaming every point would fill the wall with half-made lines; sending finished drawings keeps it legible however crowded it gets. It also gives each person a small moment of authorship: “Thrown!” on the phone, then their drawing arriving on the big screen. 絵が壁へ飛ぶのは描き終えたときで、指が動いているあいだに 1 フレームずつ送ることはしない。全員が同時に描いている部屋で点を逐一流せば、壁は描きかけの線で埋まる。描き終えた絵だけを送れば、人がどれだけ増えても壁は読める。それに、一人ひとりに小さな「自分の番」が生まれる。スマホに「Thrown!」と出て、その絵が大画面に届く。
A wall that can run an event by itself 壁だけで、場を持たせられる
The wall is built to be left running, like a VJ set. A VIBE mode puts music under the drawings — the House preset is four-on-the-floor with off-beat hats and an opening filter. An AUTO mode keeps drawing on its own, so the wall is never empty before the first guest joins, and a built-in recorder keeps the last 15 to 30 seconds, so a good moment can be saved without a separate capture setup. 壁は VJ のように、流しっぱなしにできる作りにした。VIBE モードでは絵の下に音楽が流れる。たとえば House は、四つ打ちに裏のハット、開いていくフィルター。AUTO モードでは壁が自分で描き続けるので、最初の一人が来る前から壁は空にならない。直近の 15〜30 秒を残す録画機能も組み込んであり、いい瞬間は別の収録機材なしで保存できる。
